Hearty vegetables like butternut squash, rutabaga, and brussel sprouts will also be served along with the classic cranberry sauce and gravy. Dessert consists of three choices – apple pie and ice cream; sweet potato donuts with marshmallow compote; and pecan pie with cherry compote and ice cream. The entire Thanksgiving menu is prix-fixe at $55. You should book a table ahead of time to avoid the rush.

Of course, the star of the menu is the roasted Virginia turkey, the roasted prime rib and beef, and the apple braised pork belly. Past Thanksgiving meals at The Swine consisted of a traditional, three course meal. A roasted Turkey with gravy and cranberry port sauce was the main attraction. Sides included whipped sweet potatoes, fried brussel sprouts, cornbread and sage stuffing, and five cheese macaroni and cheese with bacon and toasted bread crumbs.
