SunnySide Vacation Rentals, founded in 2011, is a full-service vacation rental and property management company for vacation rental homes in the most influential areas of Miami. As a top-tier hospitality brand, Sunnyside provides guests with the consistency and quality of a luxury hotel experience, while cultivating the management, marketing and return on investment for vacation rental homeowners.

With a collection of two resorts and one hotel in prime locations such as Brickell, South Beach and Fisher Island, guests can select accommodations based on the type of experience they seek to have. Whether it is a family vacation or a romantic weekend getaway, we take pride in our ability to provide guests with an extraordinary experience every stay, every time. All of our properties are fully furnished and professionally designed with elegant décor so that guests can enjoy the feeling of being away without missing the comforts of home.

Our vision is to be the leading vacation rental company in South Florida. With strategically selected locations in the South Beach and Brickell, we seek to provide guests with a brand of hospitality unlike any other; to exceed all guests’ expectations and simplify their vacation planning process from arrival to departure. Beginning with only a handful of properties at the Icon Residences, we shortly expanded to South Beach and now manage two entire boutique hotels. We continue to prove time and time again that the commitment to our vision is solid and profitable with dedication, perseverance, and teamwork.
